We will only allow returns when you have received a BROKEN Product or a product DIFFERENT from the actual product ordered.
If you have received such a product then please inform us at email@example.com within 24hrs of receipt of the product along with a few images for our reference. We will assess the issue and if the complaint is genuine, a replacement will be offered by us to resolve the issue. The customer needs to return the product back to us so that the replacement process can be initiated.
All products should be returned in an unused condition and in their original packaging accompanied with the original labels, barcodes etc. If the returned product does not meet our return policy guidelines, we reserve the right to deny the replacement and the product will be returned to the customer at their own expense.
We accept order change or cancellation requests within 24hrs of order acceptance. We cannot cancel orders once the order is shipped.
