Return/Exchange Policy


We accept returns/exchange only if you have received a damaged product or a wrong product has been shipped out to you.

If you receive a product that has any defect or damage, please inform us at contact@vara.store within 24hrs of receipt of the product along with some images for reference. The damage will be assessed by us and if we believe that the damage complaint is genuine, a replacement, refund or some other corrective measure may be offered by us to address the issue. If the product can be repaired by us without damaging the quality, it shall be repaired and returned back to you. If the damage or defect complaint is not genuine and the product is deemed to be in good working condition then all transport costs of the shipment will be borne by the customer. If the defect or damage has not been communicated to us within 24hrs of receipt of the product(s), we shall not be held responsible for failure to provide a refund or replacement.

All returns and exchange are subject to the discretion of VARA.STORE. All products being returned should be in new and unused condition and in their original packaging accompanied with the original labels, barcodes and any other documents. Once the return package is delivered to our warehouse, the product(s) will be checked thoroughly to ensure the authenticity and quality of the product.

If the quality of any product(s) or service procured by you through our website does not meet your expectations, no further compensation will be given other than a refund, credit note or unique voucher for the product or service.

We will accept order change or cancellation requests within 24hrs of order acceptance. We cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our warehouse for delivery.

In case of cancellation, there is no credit refund given on the purchase amount, but you may exchange it for another product(s) of same or higher value by paying the remainder.
